We are excited to announce an opportunity for creative minds like yours
to contribute to our HTCE6 event in West Virginia.
As part of the festivities, we are hosting a T-shirt design Contest with a Cryptid theme!
With the event being in West Virginia, we thought it would be fun to play off of the rich folklore and mysterious tales surrounding cryptids in West Virginia, including the famous Mothman, the elusive Sasquatch/Bigfoot, and the Flatwoods Monster. We want to capture the essence of these legendary creatures in a visually appealing T-shirt design that attendees can proudly wear during the event.
Here are the details for the T-Shirt Design Contest
Designs should be original
Include Beech Fork State Park, HTCE6, & 2024
A Cryptid and/or elements that highlight West Virginia
Use a maximum of two colors to ensure cost-effective printing
Submit your design in a high-resolution format (preferably vector format)
Submission Deadline: Midnight Thursday, Feb 29th
Prizes:
The winning design will be featured on the official event T-shirts
You will receive 2 event T-shirts and a MWD Adventures hat
To submit your design, please email us at mwdadventures@gmail.com with your
attached design file. Our selection committee will review all submissions.
We will narrow submissions down to the top 3-5 contenders.
From there we will send the top contenders out for a vote to those signed up
for the event to determine the official winner.
